Music MP3 Search is a program that browses popular music streaming websites and allows us to download any song available in their databases. It is one of the many programs that connect to YouTube, Google Video, and other similar sites, and look for a requested song. As opposed to P2P downloading, the developers affirm Music MP3 Search uses a legal and safer method to get music from the web.
After a smooth installation and requiring practically no configuration, the program is ready to work. All it takes us is write the title of a song or artist name in the search box, choose the item we want to download from the retrieved results, and define a destination folder. Unlike other programs of this kind, Music MP3 Search enables us to perform advanced searches, filtering songs according to the version we want (for example, live, cover, unplugged, etc.). Additionally, the program offers two extra search sections: “Hot Songs", featuring the 100 Billboard songs of the week, and “Categories”.
The program has a compact, nice-looking interface, and works quite fast when it comes to displaying search results. However, every time I tried to preview and download a song, the program showed an error message or crashed for no apparent reason. |
